Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Period: This agreement covers a period of 12 months from the date of initial payment and will auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days prior.

2. Service Scope: Maintenance includes inspections and "minor adjustments" (tightening valves, etc.). Parts and labor for major repairs identified during inspections are billed separately at the discounted member rate.

3. Scheduling: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule the two annual visits; AquaFlow will send courtesy reminders via SMS/Email.

4. Cancellations: Plan may be cancelled at any time, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining term once the first inspection has been completed.

5. Emergency Service: Priority scheduling is subject to technician availability during peak seasons but guarantees a "first-tier" response over non-contract customers.
